treasure hunt
this was our second orientation day: getting to know Dublin City Centre, also known as An Lar in Irish. We had a scavenger hunt, throughout "downtown" looking for statues, tourist centres, coffee shoppes, etc. It was fun... our group gave up and went to lunch. Dublin is a pretty fascinating city. Lots of history, and really not as gray as you'd think. Some sites you see in the vid: Trinity College, statues of Parnell, O'Connell, Joyce, the O'Connell Bridge, the Post Office, the Quay (pronounced kee), the River Liffey.
